All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or is defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via e-mail at info@mysticguidetarot.com or use the form below within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund in such cases.

I cancelled my subscription box but I'm still being charged my monthly subscription fee.
